# Champions

Champion monsters are the strongest species of an enemy type. They are usually bigger and have different skins. These champions are 3-5 times stronger compared to normal. Some champions possess combat skills which make them harder to defeat. A champion only appears when a certain number of the same species are killed. They also drop Champion Runes - an essential item in the world of Valdoria.
